A model to end homelessness in the City of Manchester.
The cost to end homelessness in New Hampshire is $800 per month per person. By redefining our homeless shelters with a housing first focus, we will refine the comfort in which residents are living and provide a treatment like experience promoting progressive forward development, while also providing perpetual housing opportunities.
According to Mayor Ruiz’s office, there are 558 people without homes in Manchester, NH and 1,605 people without homes in the state of New Hampshire. The cost to house all of these people annually would be $5,365,800 and $15,480,000 or less than 4% of their respective budgets. Let’s solve the homeless pandemic now!
